1. About Phoenix Solitaire

Phoenix Solitaire ("the App") is a collection of classic Solitaire card games, including Klondike, FreeCell, Pyramid, TriPeaks and Spider, provided by Function Labs Limited ("we", "us", "our") for entertainment purposes. These are games of skill and patience — there is no gambling, no betting, no cash prizes, and no real-money wagering of any kind.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please delete the App and do not use it.

3. Free App and Cross-Promotion

Phoenix Solitaire is free to download and play. It contains no third-party advertising, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. The App may occasionally show clearly identified links to other apps published by Function Labs Limited. These promotions do not interrupt active gameplay and do not involve third-party ad networks.

4. No Purchases

All current game modes, themes, card backs, progression features and gameplay tools are included without charge.

5. No Gambling

Phoenix Solitaire contains no gambling mechanics. There is no betting, wagering, lottery, or real-money play. No money or prizes can be won or lost through gameplay. Any in-game currency ("Embers") has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes.

6. Local Data

Phoenix Solitaire does not require or currently offer a player account. Saved games, settings and gameplay statistics are stored locally on your device and can be cleared at any time from Settings.

7. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the App.
• You may not distribute, resell, or sublicense the App.
• You may not use cheats, automation, or exploits to manipulate gameplay or statistics.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, artwork, and branding in Phoenix Solitaire are owned by or licensed toFunction Labs Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Function Labs Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Third-Party Content

The App may contain links to other apps or services published by Function Labs Limited. External destinations are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Termination

We may discontinue or modify the App at any time. Your licence to use the App terminates if you violate these Terms or delete the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes within the App and update the effective date above. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
